Alejandro C. Puente is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success and a family history in the business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business (2007) and an MBA (2010) from St. Thomas University. He started his career in real estate at Capital Mortgage and worked for Waronker & Rosen, Inc. serving the South Florida community for nearly a decade.
In 2018, Alex focused on ACP Appraisals with the goal of providing the highest quality appraisal and real estate consulting services. With a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License (RZ3697) and a Real Estate Sales Associate License (SL3349644), Alex has what it takes to help clients make informed decisions about their real estate investments. Alex has appraised properties for institutions across South Florida including, Miami International Airport, The Village of Bal Harbour, City of Coral Gables, City of Miami, and multiple sites on Indian Creek.
Having been born and raised in Miami-Dade County, Alex comes from a family of real estate professionals, with his father Alejandro Puente serving as a Miami real estate broker since 1980 and his uncle F. Antonio (Tony) Puente serving the Miami real estate community as a commercial broker. When he's not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and being on the water. He is driven, meticulous, and passionate about providing elite level real estate appraisal services.

Joaquin A. Novoa II is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong foundation in real estate appraisal, valuation, and consulting. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Joaquin possesses firsthand knowledge of the South Florida market and its continued growth and evolution.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Florida International University in 2024. Joaquin is currently a Registered Trainee Appraiser with ACP Appraisals (License No. RI26171) and also holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (License No. SL3609428).
Joaquin is actively working toward becoming a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, with the long-term goal of earning the MAI designation. Through his work with ACP Appraisals, he provides appraisal support, market research, and valuation services for a variety of property types throughout South Florida.
With strong local market knowledge, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic, Joaquin is committed to producing credible and well-supported valuation analyses while continuing to expand his experience within the real estate appraisal profession.

Ryan M. Gutierrez serves as the Operations Manager for ACP Appraisals, where he oversees daily operations and supports the firm’s appraisal and consulting services throughout South Florida. His responsibilities include coordinating workflow processes, managing administrative operations, conducting market research, analyzing property and market related data, and assisting in the preparation and organization of appraisal assignments and property tax appeal activities.
Ryan earned his Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Miami Dade College and has completed coursework through the Appraisal Institute related to real estate appraisal and valuation practices. His background in business administration, combined with strong organizational and analytical skills, allows him to play an integral role in supporting the firm’s operations and client service efforts.
Known for his attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism, Ryan contributes to ACP Appraisals commitment to providing high quality appraisal and consulting services while helping ensure efficient day to day operations and a seamless client experience.
